Viniﬁcation: Fully destemmed and crushed, fermentation in ½ ton vats for 9 daysAging: 20 months in a variety of 6th to 8th ﬁll French Oak barrels (225L)
With a completely native fermentation the 2016 Malbec combines aromas and ﬂavors of ripe berry, tamarind and herbs with a ruby hue. Acidity provides nice balance to the fruit notes creating a supple wine.
